[VIDEO] How One NYC Building Changed Filmmaking (368 Broadway)

From Casey Neistat to Greta Gerwig, 368 Broadway launched the careers of many of NYC's most successful filmmakers. This summer, I researched the story behind the storied building. My conclusion? One day, at some overpriced liberal arts college, students will take a class called: "The Diane Fink School of Filmmaking." Mark my words.
