Brooklyn-based urban explorer and photographer Victor Thomas (previously) is an Urban Explorer and Instagrammer in New York City that scales buildings, rooftops, and bridges to get the perfect aerial view.
Thomas and some urban explorer friends recently scaled to the top of the under-construction supertall skyscraper at 220 Central Park South and captured these incredible photos.
