The Outdoor Co-ed Topless Pulp Fiction Appreciation Society is a local book club which probably operates a little differently than your Grandma's… though Grandma would definitely be invited to join.

OCTPFAS was recently featured in a great article and video on Salon which highlight how the group is using the topless-in-public laws of the City to raise awareness to double standards with gender and gender equality as a whole.
