Prospect Park Zoo's Newborn Tufted Deer Fawn is the Cutest Thing You'll See Today

This cute little Tufted Deer fawn just made its public debut at the Prospect Park Zoo.

A tufted deer fawn (Elaphodus cephalophus) was born at WCS’s (Wildlife Conservation Society) Prospect Park Zoo and is making its public debut. The new fawn is a male and was born to mother, Lucy, and father, Gage, on August 2. This is Lucy’s seventh fawn.

If you want to visit the newborn fawn in person, Prospect Park Zoo is open from 10am - 5pm weekdays, 10am to 5:30pm on weekends.
