Queens Center Mall is the most profitable shopping mall per square foot in the United States. It is located in NYC in the neighborhood of Elmhurst, Queens. It was built in September 1973 and previously home to an amusement park called Fairyland, a supermarket, and automobile parking. The anchor stores are JCPenney and Macy's.
