A walk through the peak of Winter Storm Garrett, the first major snowfall of 2022. This video was recorded around 3:00AM and I travel through Times Square, Bryant Park, and 42nd Street. Several people were enjoying themselves in Times Square by taking pictures and playing with the snow.
