The Statue of Liberty Ellis Island Foundation has recently launched a crowdfunding campaign to finish building the new Statue of Liberty museum on Liberty Island.

Join The Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation, in collaboration with Campaign Chairperson Diane von Furstenberg and the National Park Service, as we set out to finish construction on a new museum that will celebrate the Statue of Liberty’s story. Scheduled to open in 2019, the museum will explore how she has evolved from national monument to global icon, consider the concept of Liberty, and be the new home for her original torch.
