Francisco Gómez debunks the myth that there are no good tacos in NYC through a citywide 'taco tour' while discovering how food creates vibrant communities. Next, he visits Birria-Landia, one of the first taco trucks to bring Tijuana-style birria tacos to the city (slow-cooked beef marinated in a secret adobo blend). Finally, in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, Taquería Ramírez's party atmosphere complements their traditional tacos inspired by the street flavors of Mexico City, such as Pastor and Tripa.
