There is a lot of stuff going on the City, and we can't write about it all. Here are some interesting things some of our friends have written up lately.

Zip Code, A New Video Series Showing the Interesting Parts of New York City Neighborhoods

Zip Code is an interesting new web series from Apartment Therapy in which a local host will give a tour of the interesting restaurants, shops, landmarks, and attractions in their New York City neighborhood.

Every Monday, come explore a new neighborhood in our video series, Zip Code. It's everything you need to know about the area - whether you live there, move there or just want to visit.

In the inaugural episode, watch as host Quin gives a tour of her neighborhood: Prospect-Lefferts Gardens in Brooklyn.

[WATCH] Would You Eat The Purple Burger Served at This Bed Stuy Restaurant?

Tamà is a small Filipino restaurant in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn, that serves up modern takes on traditional Filipino flavors and dishes. In this short episode of the "Fork Yeah" series on Thrillist, check out the bright purple Sisig Burger, made with ube buns.

We’ll take all our burgers on bright purple ube buns, please! Sisig is a traditional Filipino dish, traditionally served on a sizzling platter. Tamà in Bedstuy, Brooklyn, is transforming sisig into burgers. They top it with a runny egg and serve it on a housemade ube bun. It's crispy, spicy, and out-of-this-world delicious.
