We have Kickstarter to thank for getting some really cool projects off the ground: the Exploding Kittens game, the "Veronica Mars" movie, hundreds of really cool tech gadgets, and yes, even a campaign that started with a potato salad and ended with a $55,000 party. We're big fans of Kickstarter projects at Apartment Therapy, so we were excited to get the chance to tour the company's headquarters in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

Open round-the-clock 24-hours-a-day for the past 65 years, Ukrainian pierogi restaurant Veselka has been a late-night comfort-food spot for East Villagers of three generations. New York's legendary "Veselka" is a 24/7 Ukrainian restaurant that's been serving Eastern European comfort food to late-night revelers since 1954. The restaurant makes over 3,000 pierogi a day. Producer Spencer Alben visits to learn how they make their legendary pierogi.
