Uploaded by Youtuber El Exigente, this great color vintage film shows a family outing to the South Beach Amusement Park in the summer of 1948. It's a fascinating peek into a historic part of New York City which no longer exists. Check it out!

Another Monday outing for the Albas and Migliaccios. This time, they take the Ferry to Staten Island and explore South Beach, which still has a great boardwalk and beach, but back then it also offered amusements and even a few hotels.
