Celebrity pastry chef Dominique Ansel is celebrating 15 years of his celebrated Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York City by releasing an interesting collection of NYC-themed pastries available for a short time. The limited edition pastries will be available for the entire summer though Labor Day, September 2nd, at the SoHo bakery.

Dominique Ansel Bakery, known for its cronut, launched a special New York City-inspired series called the New York Collection. Pastries that look like pretzels, hot dogs, coffee cups, and more celebrate chef Dominique Ansel's 15th anniversary in the Big Apple. These desserts will be available only at the SoHo location from July 4 to Labor Day.
