Comedic Production Based on the Cellino & Barnes Rift Back for One Night Only

Cellino V. Barnes is a comedy production loosely based on the true life breakup of local-celebrity injury attorneys Ross Cellino and Steve Barnes.

After sold-out runs at Union Hall (Brooklyn), the Alleyway Theater (Buffalo), and at UCB Sunset (LA), the new comedy Cellino v. Barnes is set to play The Bell House in Gowanus for one night only on August 3 at 7:30 pm.

Created by Michael Breen (Ross Cellino) and David Rafailedes (Steve Barnes), the play was inspired by the highly publicized break-up of longtime law partners and personal injury lawyers, Cellino & Barnes, who are well known for their commercials that feature the jingle “888-8888.” The production is directed by Hayley Huntley of Comedy Central’s REVIEW and TVLand's LOPEZ.

[WATCH] Meet Vong Pak, a Traditional Korean Drum Performer Busking in the Subway

"Healing Society - that is the Korean drummer’s philosophy,"  says Vong Pak, a local musician, drum teacher and performer. Pak has played the Korean drum for more than 25 years and believes in performing to share Korean identity and culture with the world.

I bring… not just my drumming skills, but also the history of Korea, so they understand the beauty of something different.

This short documentary, directed and produced by NYC-based production company Notable Features, is one of 10 episodes from the Rhythm in Motion series about the City's subway musicians.

Vong Pak's music is available to download on iTunes.
