Located on the southwest corner of 7th Avenue and Christopher Street, Hess Triangle is a tiny patch of land hidden in plain sight in Manhattan's West Village neighborhood. Joined by Thomas Lannon, assistant director of Manuscripts, Archives, and Rare Books at the New York Public Library, we examine Washington’s recipe for small beer that’s been tucked away in the back of his journal from 1757.
