This northmost Brooklyn neighborhood is bordered by the East River to the west, Newtown Creek to the north and east, and Williamsburg to the south. Once an industrial and low-income residential neighborhood, much of Greenpoint, especially along the waterfront, is being developed into fancy condos boasting magnificent views of the Manhattan skyline.
