YouTuber Erik Conover has a series where he shows off some of the most extravagant aparments and homes in New York City, with price tags often in the double-digit millions. However this video from the same series shows the kind of apartment you can get in Manhattan for a more reasonable $1M, a price tag which is around the median home-sale value in the borough.
