Over the past century, the neighborhood of Little Italy, Manhattan, has evolved from a cultural center for Italian immigrants to a tourist destination with very little Italian culture at all.

Little Plenty Italy! As time is passing by, there are so many things happening in Little Italy such as non-italian cultures. The district is known as a tourist attraction in New York City, and it seems that the historical buildings of Little Italy have been preserved well. But we don’t know if the actual Italian culture has also been preserved along with the physical environment of Little Italy. This film will explore of the urban fabric and influenced culture of Little Italy based on our observation, data, and interview.
