Street photographer Joseph Michael Lopez was recently commissioned for a photographic exhibit at the Museum of the City of New York in which he:
… photographed in twenty neighborhoods within New York’s five boroughs exploring some central challenges that the city will face in coming generations: how it will house its growing population, how it can retain and foster diversity, and how New Yorkers will get around, make a living, and grapple with the impacts of climate change and other environmental factors.
In this video from the Museum, ride along with Lopez and learn more about his excellent work in a rare glimpse from the other side of the camera.
