British stencil artist Nick Walker began stenciling in England in the early 80's. He has been an inspiration for countless street artists, including Banksy. Recently he revealed a new piece — in the
Upper East Side of all places — entitled "Penny Farthing Vandal". The art features a vintage penny farthing and rider spray-painting
"I ♡ NY."
You can see the art at 81st Street and 3rd Avenue in the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
