Momofuku Ko moved to an alleyway off East First Street earlier this year. One-bite mille-feuille, whose crisp layers of rye pastry sprinkled with green tea powder hold lush béchamel and briny little globes of trout roe, are shown with pommes soufflé and lobster paloise.
