Kickstarter Project Hopes to Open a Hot Sauce Tasting Room in Williamsburg

A new Kickstarter campaign from Noah Nohway, the owner of local hot-sauce cart Heatonist, seeks to turn his traveling cart of pain into a Williamsburg tasting room where culinary masochists can taste hundreds of different hot sauces from around the world.

Since 2013, the mission of HEATONIST has been to curate a selection of the best of these craft hot sauces, representing the spectrum of flavors & ingredient combinations found around the world. We’ve come to Kickstarter to help fund the build of our first physical location - a place to taste - in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The campaign has about 2 weeks left to meet the 18k funding goal, and it is already 80% there. Backers can get a variety of rewards ranging from a name on plaque in the store to the store's first spicy product being named after you.

Head over to the Kickstarter page to back the Heatonist tasting room and learn more about how the funds will be used to open the storefront.
