Back in June, we told you about Subway Symphony, a cool proposal from from James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem in which he hopes to add musical chimes to the rotating subway turn-styles in order to produce beautiful music when all used together.
While the City has basically said that Subway Symphony will never, ever happen, a new proposal could go a little farther…
