Food delivery service Seamless is pretty great most days of the year. You press a few buttons in your app and food magically shows up at your door with minimal human interaction.
Behind the scenes though, there is some poor delivery biker who pedaled 20 blocks to bring you that Pad Thai for $1.35 in tips. Sure, maybe that's not so bad when compounded with other orders on the trek, and maybe it's not so bad when the weather is nice, but it really sucks when it's horrible out. Like blizzards. Biking in a blizzard really sucks.
Seamless, are you seriously suggesting that we send these poor delivery bikers out during a blizzard?!?! Not only are you suggesting it, you are encouraging it by giving New Yorkers a special blizzard promo code to help them be horrible humans.
Stay strong New Yorkers, we are better than this. If you can't stay strong, and you end up ordering Seamless with this 10% discount anyway, how about you pass the 10% you saved on to your delivery biker for making them go through hell and back to bring you your General Tzo's.
