The Upper West Side's Joe DiMaggio Highway is the named portion of the elevated section on the
West Highway between 54th St and 72nd St. It was named after the great New York Yankee Joe DiMaggio in 1999, just after his passing. YouTube channel Higher Productions recently uploaded this great little drone-shot aerial video of the highway and surrounding portions of the Hudson River Park.
