In a recent report published by CNBC, a way that you can actually own a piece of Manhattan real estate is revealed. Through a crowd-funding process similar to Kickstarter or IndieGoGo, online investment "bank" Prodigy Network collects investments as little as $10k from anybody to use towards partial ownership of Manhattan buildings.
