Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto recently tweeted this amazing holiday cake made entirely of rice, fish and other sushi edibles. I would take this over my Aunt's Christmas fruit cake any time! You can eat some of Morimoto's world-class sushi at his restaurant in Chelsea, aptly named Morimoto.
