In New York City, non-service-dogs are allowed in the subway only if placed within a bag or carrier. Albeit well-behaved, this dog riding alone is breaking all the rules, but we will give it a free pass on account of cuteness. Hopefully the subway driver doesn't slam on the brakes or this pup will go flying!
