Check Out The 9th Annual NYC Unicycle Festival This Labor Day Weekend

Now in its 9th year, the NYC Unifest is a unique unicycle festival that "brings together recreational riders, world-class performers, mountain and off-road unicycle enthusiasts, mono—wheel vehicle inventors, and thousands of people who have not ridden in umpteen years, along with circus enthusiasts, extreme sports viewers, and anyone seeking an unusual sight––even for NYC!"

Taking place over this Labor Day Weekend, the 4-day, multi-borough event brings long distance rides, public shows, a learn-to-ride area, unicycle hockey, basketball, sumo, a trials course, and workshops. Check out this video from our friends at Time Out New York to get a peek at what to expect from the festival.

This Labor Day weekend, the Bindlestiff Family Cirkus brings the unicycle festival across NYC. Join the fun and games from 12-5pm on Governors Island. See hundreds of one-wheeled riders at this free outdoor event. Then cheer on at competitions, enter prize giveaways and see these daredevils tear up the asphalt.
