A new web series titled Guide to New York City sounds like a serious tourist-focused video tour, but is really anything but! From comedians Justin Kosisky and Andy Vega, the first episode of the series sends Justin out to Times Square to interact with the various locals found there, including the Jesus Preachers, Elmo, some dance troupes and more.
