Real estate rental website HotSpot Rentals recently published their list of the top 25 neighborhoods in America, and two New York City neighborhoods (both in Brooklyn) landed in the top 5. Nabes around the country were graded on walkability, transit, budget, entertainment, lifestyle, and weather. Bushwick grabbed the 2nd best spot behind The Mission in SF, and Sunset Park was ranked at number 5.
Exciting urban neighborhoods are as prevalent as ever. Every city has new hotspots, gritty classics and much in between.
