Intagrammer saron55 snapped this quick pic on her way to work this morning. It is pretty cold in NYC today with a high of just 14°F, but it appears whoever runs this fountain in Bryant Park didn't get the memo. The water in the fountain has mostly frozen, making amazing icicles but probably damaging the piping and pumps at the same time.
