Brooklyn's "90s Fest" Brings Back Your Favorite Musicians From the 1990's

1990's are back and bigger than ever with this Summer's 90s Fest in Greenpoint.

The one day festival will be like stepping into a time warp to Lollapalooza with music performers such as Blind Melon, Coolio, Lisa Loeb, Naughty by Nature, Smash Mouth, Tonic and even a surprise headliner. Even the Weasel himself Pauly Shore will be there, hosting the whole event.

Of course, 90's attire is fully encouraged.

90sFest attendees are strongly encouraged to wear their finest retro fashions, from scrunchies and crop tops to slap bracelets and pump-up sneakers, as the best dressed will be chosen to win a Y2K Survival Kit and a backstage pass to party with the musical performers.

Aside from the music, there will be tons of 90's themed events at the festival.

Attendees can also participate in activities such as the Guinness World Record for largest group Macarena dance, a video game tournament with the most popular pixelated characters or transport to the days of Clueless.

Word is the video game tournament will be none other than Mario Kart.

The festival is organized by Leuven Media and Prime Social Group in partnership withFounders Entertainment, the team behind Governors Ball, so you know it will be good.

90s Fest is all day on Saturday, September 12th at 50 Kent, with tickets starting at just $60. Check out the event page for more information.
