Bill Meier, Williamsburg's Favorite Bearded Pizza Delivery Man Has Passed Away

52 year old Bill Meier was a beloved pizza delivery guy for Williamsburg's Best Pizza for the past decade. Known for his mountain man beard,
fixie bike and easy-going nature, Meier was a welcomed sight for thousands of repeat customers. When he became ill last month, an emergency support page was setup to raise funds that grabbed nearly 1200 likes. No Weather Productions made this mini-doc entitled Delivery about Bill just 6 months before his passing.

I've been delivering things now for 30 years [...] It's something I enjoy. It's taken me decades to really admit to realizing that I enjoy it, you know, I enjoy this. The day I can no longer ride a bike better be the day I am fucking dead.

Bill Meier passed away on February 1st, 2015.
