Big Bling | <i>Big Bling</i> by Martin Puryear will officially go on view in Madison Square Park next week, but I was there this evening. &quot;At forty feet high, Big Bling will achieve colossal scale and elicit a range of readings, stimulating diverse and profound interpretations of its meaning.
