Amazon Prime Now is a two month old delivery service by the shopping giant which promises 1 or 2 hour deliveries for $7.99 and free, respectively. At launch, they only served zip-code 10001 in Chelsea, then expanded to about 18 Manhattan zip-codes a month later, and today, they are announcing full coverage across all of Manhattan. Most areas are covered by the 1-hour delivery, with the northernmost Manhattan neighborhoods having only the 2-hour option.
Amazon has not made expansion plans public, but at the current rate, we should expect deliveries to the other boroughs within the next few months.
