New York’s latest skyscraper is turning heads but not for the reason you’d expect. This is the “jailscraper” and when completed, it will rise higher than the Statue of Liberty and be the tallest correctional facility in the world. It's being built here on the site of a notorious prison known ominously as the Tombs. In a city full of controversial developments this might just be public enemy number one.
