This Tiny NYC Apartment is a great place! Its by cafes, shops and restaurants in a great part of New York City, just 30 minutes from Lower Manhattan NYC by train. The area itself has a really cool juice bar and cafe 2 blocks away, plus the building is small - only 3 stories and only 1 direct neighbor... which is good if you dont get along with others. That being said, you could live here with room mates for $900ish per person or just rent the whole thing for $2900. Check out this nyc apartment tour and let me know what you think!
