I eat at and review Casa 13urger (Casa Burger) on the Lower East Side of New York City. The popular burger spot sells smash burgers as well as a fried chicken sandwich. I find out if the restaurant is on the same level as other notable affordable NYC burger spots like Hamburger America and 7th Street Burger.
