This incredible vintage photograph from 1925 shows an aerial view of Grand Army Plaza, Central Park, 5th Avenue, and Midtown Manhattan on a sunny day over 93 years ago. The photographer was situated somehow over the southeast corner of Central Park, and the view is looking south down 5th Avenue, past 59th Street and beyond. Most of the structures you see in this photograph have since been replaced with large towers and skyscrapers.
