Untouchable Cutz is a barbershop in Dongan Hills, Staten Island, that gives a classic barbershop experience in a unique setting with a modern vibe. In addition to giving discounts to military veterans, senior citizens, and others, the shop also provides free haircuts to area kids at PS 31.
