See How This Woman Lives in a 90 Square Foot Micro-Studio in Manhattan

Felice Cohen is a writer and professional organizer that lives in a tiny 90 square foot apartment in Manhattan's Upper West Side. The studio is about 12' x 7', has one window and no kitchen, and a relatively largish bathroom compared to the rest of the studio. In a neighborhood where rents average out around $4,500, she pays just a small fraction of that.

Cohen is currently writing a book about adjusting to life in the small apartment titled "Lessons Learned in 90 Square Feet".
