Implausible as it sounds, an apocalyptic battle between invading right-wing secessionists from Texas and defending locals from Brooklyn is the plot for a new movie coming this summer simply titled Bushwick. Starring Guardian of the Galaxy's Dave Bautista alongside Pitch Perfect’s Brittany Snow, the movies has the duo fighting to survive with machine-gun wielding orthodox Jews and janitors.
When a Texas military force invades their Brooklyn neighborhood, 20-year-old Lucy and war veteran Stupe must depend on each other to survive.
Bushwick hits theaters everywhere on August 25th.
