When NYPD Officer Sailor rescued Mila from a life chained to a door he immediately fell in love and adopted her as his own, now they share a special heart-warming bond together. Learn more about it in this video from NYPD Connect.
We checked in with Officer Sailor and his newly adopted dog, Mila. When he first saw Mila, she was chained behind a fence and severely malnourished. As soon as she was freed, Mila ran straight to Officer Sailor. He adopted Mila as soon as he could. Now, we're happy to report -- Mila is adjusting to her new life beautifully. Officer Sailor says he's the lucky one.
