French designer and cartographer Jug Cerovic recently redesigned his beautiful 2014 New York City transit map to be much more representative of the 5 borough layout, and more accurate as well. The redesign of the NYC map comes with a redesign of 40 other major cities worldwide, all part of a hardcover book which is currently seeking publishing funds through a crowd-funded Kickstarter campaign.
