Spotted in the Greenpoint Avenue station by Jessica Edwards, this lucky rat found a half avocado for a delicious meal full of healthy fat. "Avocado Rat" is just as Brooklyn as Pizza Rat, but perhaps a little healthier, and just a tad cliché.
