2026-10-20T12:00:00-04:00

This video introduces Ari Misurelli and Luca Mayer, two young and passionate skateboarders navigating the unique street skating landscape of New York City. The duo showcases their skills by creatively using urban elements as obstacles, including orange barriers and concrete slabs, often drawing reactions from passersby and even police officers. Their dedication to skateboarding is highlighted through their ambitious tricks and candid interviews, where they discuss the importance of friendship and perseverance in the sport. The journey takes them through various recognizable NYC locales such as the streets of Boerum Hill in Brooklyn, to a local spot near their elementary school, inside JuJu Cafe & Deli, and the historic Economy Candy on the Lower East Side. They also brave the city's subway system, skating down stairs at the Bergen St and Essex St stations, and even hit a famous spot by the American Museum of Natural History. Despite challenges, their infectious energy and love for skating shine through, demonstrating their dream of making a living from their passion.
