One of the first people to realize you could make a fortune selling cult brands on the resale market, she opened Unique Hype Collection in New York City’s Chinatown. Today, the shop has become the go-to place for all things Supreme. She’s got fans in Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott, and everyone wants to have their photo taken with OG Ma, the icon herself.

At the end, Medha will choose her favorite outfit.

Spark Pretty is located on 9th Street between 1st and 2nd Avenues in the East Village.

In this interesting profile video from the New Yorker, learn all about Israeli immigrant Sara Berman and her exquisite, all-white closet exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

The meticulously organized, modest closet in which Sara Berman (1920–2004)—an immigrant who traveled from Belarus to Palestine to New York—kept her all-white apparel and accessories both contained her life and revealed it. Inspired by the beauty and meaning of Berman's closet, the artists Maira and Alex Kalman (who are also Berman's daughter and grandson) have recreated the closet and its contents as an art installation.

This Brooklyn Designer Launched A Clothing Line Made Entirely of Garment Scraps

We New Yorkers are actually a pretty eco-friendly group. We reduce pollution by walking to work. We eliminate trash by composting our food scraps. But in the face of an unsustainable fashion industry, we can't really avoid wearing clothes (please, don't try to avoid wearing clothes).

Brooklyn based fashion designer Daniel Silverstein offers a solution to this problem, and he's ready to revolutionize global fashion right from our City.

Silverstein launched his uniquely sustainable line Zero Waste Daniel with a single vision: a fashion manufacturer that creates no waste. All of his garments are produced with a variety of cutting room fabric scraps, which are shipped in entirely reusable material. Each garment saves about a pound of fabric from going to waste, a part of the brand's 2016 goal of keeping three tons of fabric from landfills.
